Alexander Falls served as the inspiration for this majestic depiction of three tiered cascading water. The rocky cliff, are blanketed in soft green moss, contrasts with the sheer force of tumbling waters. Alexander Falls, located in British Columbia’s Callaghan Valley near Whistler, is named after Alexander Noel, a prominent figure in the area during the early 20th century. Noel was one of the pioneers who contributed to the development of the region, including its trails and outdoor accessibility.
We love our paintings. It sits on the l wall above a staircase that looks perfect there!

After seeing the painting on the cover of the Okanagan Fall Wine Festival, we went online to discover more about the artwork of Louise Lambert and proceeded to visit her at her studio for an up close and personal impression.
